These terms govern your use of the Go With Flow Subscriptions app and website, provided by [Legal entity name]. By installing the app or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Go With Flow lets Shopify merchants offer subscriptions, bundles and related features using supported payment gateways. We are not a payment gateway, bank or payment aggregator. Payments are processed by the gateway you connect, under your own agreement with that gateway.

2. Your account

• You must have an active Shopify store and a valid account with a supported payment gateway.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your store, product and pricing information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

3. Your responsibilities to customers

You are the seller to your customers. You are responsible for clearly disclosing subscription terms, renewal frequency, prices, cancellation options and your own refund policy, and for complying with consumer protection, tax and payment regulations in your market, including any recurring payment rules set by your gateway or regulator.

4. Fees

Fees are set out in your quote or order form. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed [monthly] in advance and are exclusive of taxes. Gateway transaction fees are charged separately by your gateway.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal products, fraudulent charges, charging customers without valid consent, or in a way that harms the service or other users.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible. Support is available at support@gowithflow.com.

7. Data

You own your store and customer data. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

8. Intellectual property

The app, website and related materials belong to [Legal entity name]. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses caused by your payment gateway, Shopify or third parties. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms. After termination, active subscriptions managed by the app will stop renewing, so tell your customers in advance.

11. Governing law

12. Changes
