Template text. Replace the bracketed details and have these policies reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.
This policy covers fees you pay to Go With Flow for using the app. It does not cover refunds between a merchant and their own customers, which are governed by the merchant’s store policy.
1. Cancelling Go With Flow
You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin or by emailing support@gowithflow.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
2. Refunds on app fees
- Fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable.
- If you were charged in error, or charged twice, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
- If the service was unavailable for a significant part of a billing period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will review a pro-rated credit or refund.
- One-time onboarding or setup fees, where agreed, are refundable only if onboarding has not started.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@gowithflow.com within [30] days of the charge with your store URL and the invoice details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [7–10] business days.
4. Customer subscriptions after you cancel
When you cancel Go With Flow, subscriptions created through the app stop renewing. We recommend telling your subscribers and, if needed, exporting their details before you uninstall.
5. Refunds to your customers
Refunds for products your customers bought are handled by you through Shopify and your payment gateway, under your own refund policy. The customer portal lets customers cancel future renewals at any time.
